This modern, fully equipped ground-floor apartment covers approximately 47 m² and features 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. It is located on the right side of the building.

From the entryway, the hallway leads to all the rooms. One room with a pull-out bunk bed offers 2 sleeping spots (2x 85x195 cm), while another bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm) and a spacious closet with sliding doors. The modern bathroom is tiled in light, natural tones and features amenities such as a spacious shower, toilet, sink, and a convenient towel warmer. The comfortable living room, with its cozy TV nook and adjacent dining area for up to 4 people, is perfect for relaxing. Prepare your vacation meals in the cleverly integrated, high-quality kitchen and enjoy convivial moments with delicious food and a maritime atmosphere. From the living room, you’re just a step away from the private, partially covered terrace facing southwest with a view of the marina.
