This beautiful vacation home, with 131 m² of living space in a prime location in Grömitz, offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 8 people.

On the first floor is the spacious, light-filled living room with an open fireplace. If needed, an additional sofa can be converted into an extra sleeping area (160x200 cm) for 2 people; a curtain can be used to visually separate the sleeping area from the rest of the living area. From here, you can also access the furnished south-facing terrace and the garden. The large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a guest restroom are also located on this floor. The basement features a bedroom with a box-spring bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a naturally lit shower room. On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: the first is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), and access to the balcony, and the second with a small double bed (140x200 cm). All bedrooms in the house have a closet and can be comfortably darkened with pleated blinds. The second bathroom, featuring a bathtub and shower, is also located on the upper floor. For younger guests, a high chair and a crib are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is also included. The vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating throughout, except in the kitchen and the basement. A total of 5 flat-screen TVs provide entertainment in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen.

There are 3 outdoor parking spaces directly next to the house.

The rental price is based on 4 guests; additional guests will be charged an extra fee per night.
