Ich hatte Glück dass dieses Apartment für meinen Zeitraum frei war. Es ist in einem gepflegten Haus

Ich hatte Glück dass dieses Apartment für meinen Zeitraum frei war. Es ist in einem gepflegten Haus und Umgebung ist auch prima. Aber... Ich wäre fast ausgeflippt weil sich das äussere Verandafenster nivht öffnen lies, den Fenstergriff hatte ich plötzlich in der Hand und das Fenster ging einfach nivht auf und es war absolut keine frische Luft möglich. Da habe ich mir telefonisch Rat geholt von der Betreuung Kraushaar, am Telefon war ein Herr Bergmann der mich erstmal ernst nahm und beruhigte. Leider war Wochenende und kein Techniker verfügbar. Glücklicherweise konnte mir jemand aus dem Haus helfen und das Fenster öffnen. Es war total verklemmt und musste mit 2 Händen angehoben werden. So etwas ist kein Drama und auch kein Punkteabzug. Aber es wäre hilfreich wenn ein Zettel mit Info dabei gewesen wäre. Das Schlafsofa konnte ich auch erst auf den zweiten Versuch öffnen. Das war die einzige Kritik. Ich möchte allen involvierten vielen Dank sagen, ich bin hervorragend betreut worden und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke auch an den Eigentümer dieser schönen Unterkunft und danke für das zur Verfügung gestellte Fernglas. Ich habe es gerne genutzt

die Lage dieses Appartements ist unschlagbar - jedoch ist der Preis zu hoch für das, was hier geboten wird. Das Bett (Ausziehsofa) ist eine Katastrophe - meine Frau und ich konnten uns nachts nicht bewegen, ohne dass der Andere wach wird. Schade, aber wir würden das nächste mal ein anderes Objekt bevorzugen.
