For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 with natural garden, meadow, pond. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Alba 25 km. Please note: car recommended.
