Modern city apartment with parking space

This modern and completely newly furnished apartment in Paderborn’s Südstadt area is located one kilometre from the main train station and within walking distance of city centre, on a quiet side street. You can reach Rathausplatz and the cathedral in less than 20 minutes, and there are several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Bürgerpark is perfect for a short stroll.

In the bedroom, you’ll sleep on a new 180-cm-wide double bed with high-quality mattresses. Before falling asleep, the 43-inch flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing.

The new kitchen has everything you could want and is equipped with all necessary appliances: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are provided, as well as a Senseo machine for a quick cup of coffee whenever you like.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer and a small washing machine.
Free Wi-Fi is a given, as is an extensive TV lineup via Waipu with 300 channels and a curated media library.

Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided.

Are you travelling in an electric car? No problem—a wallbox with an 11 kW charging capacity is available on our camera-monitored property. This saves you the hassle of searching for a public charging station.

We take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
