Outside, you'll find a beautiful communal chlorine pool, fully enclosed for safety. The pool measures 15x5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.80m. For younger guests, there is a children's pool (3.5x2.5 meters) with a constant depth of 0.40m, providing a safe spot for little ones to play. The surrounding lawn area is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

This flat is situated on the first floor, accessible by elevator. Outside, you’ll find a charming terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco. Just a few steps up lead to a private attic terrace offering stunning mountain views—an ideal spot to unwind.Inside, everything is laid out on a single floor. The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning for comfort. The kitchen, featuring ceramic hobs, comes fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.For a restful night, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds. If needed, a third pull-out bed can be easily added to the living room. A second bathroom with a shower completes the apartment’s amenities.
