Our 40 sqm holiday apartment offers you the unique opportunity to explore three countries—Germany, Luxembourg, and France. Located in a quiet spot along the Moselle promenade in Perl-Besch, the living area provides a green view of the garden and a side view of the Moselle River.



The apartment features a separate bedroom with a TV, plus a sofa bed in the living area, also with a TV. An open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space. The interior bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor and is one of four units in the building.
