Really nice apartment and the complex was amazing with a lovely pool area. Close to supermarkets and a large shopping mall which also has restaurants and less than a km from the main highway. Elisa was excellent, answering all of our questions and really understanding of our need for a late check in. Not sure I noticed when I made the booking but bedding was not provided so you do need to bring your own. We had a larger car (an SUV) which would not fit into the garage and so had to find street parking which involved a bit of driving around bin the evening. If your car is normal sized then this absolutely won’t be a problem as you can use the garage.

Good value

The apartment was just right for our stay It had easy access to the direct bus to Nice and St. Paul de Vence. The pool was great and it was an easy walk for shopping.

Overall, we had a great stay! The place is a bit bigger in person and could comfortably fit 2-3 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked which helps if you want to cook a few meals at "home" - great transport option! There is a bus to NICE's airport, and the Cote d'Azur train is only 17 minutes walk away! We were able to visit lots of cities during our stay. The hosts are also very easy to communicate with.

Good value for money, shame cant use the pool before 11am

Value for money is great, shame cant use swimming pool before 11am not hosts fault though. Linen charge wasnt mentioned prior either.

Great value

Great value and liked the location Apartment has everything that you need with a very helpful complex manager on had. Bunk beds in the hall, sofa bed in the lounge/living space and the seperate bedroom. The apartment has no ac, but we found in early September it was fine with the breeze from the baloncy. Only about 17 mins walk to the train station that can take you to all the main beaches. We prefered the sandy beaches of juan-le-pins and Cannes, with Nice/Cagnes being pebbles (pack sea shoes). Supermarket and Mall within 5/10 mins walk. For shopping and evening entertainment

Location très agréable

Très bien situé appartement bien agencé et très lumineux résidence très boisées calme piscine impeccable nettoyer tout les matins .Pratique le garage un plus super sympa . Pour visiter la région prendre le bus .la personne qui s'occupe de nous accueillir très agréable et sympathique. Ascenseur avons passé un bon séjour je recommande la location

Super location

L'appartement était très fonctionnel et vraiment bien équipé (machine à laver, four, micro-onde, ustensiles de tous types pour la cuisine, télé vrai grand écran, box internet). Nous n'avons manqué de rien et ça a été un vrai gain de temps. La dame qui nous a cueilli pour la remise des clefs est vraiment pro et nous a bien renseigné sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence, ainsi que les activités à faire dans le coin. A noter que l'appartement est à quelques minutes d'un accès direct à l'autoroute (pratique pour ne pas perdre de temps sur les trajets de balade) et à 3min du Polygone Riviera, super pour des achats. La résidence est calme et équipée de deux piscines (adultes et enfants) dont on n'a pas profiter à cause du froid, mais elles avaient l'air vraiment cool. Le garage attitré est aussi un vrai plus pour ne pas perdre de temps à chercher où se garer après une journée de balade. En somme, vraiment un super séjour. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.

Ausstattung passte für den Preis. Das Auto sollte für die Tiefgarage eher klein sein (Roomster war ok). Konnten keine Mängel feststellen und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. War sehr schöner Urlaub.

Simple but perfect

We got a lovely break in a perfect location with the outstanding swimming pool. If we will be coming back again next year, we would be definitely choosing the same property. It is only 15 min walk to the train station, 10 min to the huge shopping mall, restaurants and 30 min to the beach. The issue with the garage is rather simple one - you would not be able to maneuver into it as it is 1st (next to the gates) in the underground garages block. But for the middle class car and experience driver, no issues at all. As well the over reviewers were complaining about cleanliness. I thought that more detailed description of the French system was missing on homeaway website. Basically the status of the property you enter is as it is left by previous guests. If someone is cheating before you, well there is nothing to complain about the host. €40 cleaning deposit is taken for you to clean after your stay. If you are honest, you do it properly. Or it is like someone buying tickets for Easyjet and all the time complaining that British Airways are better. The price is corresponding the status of property. For us it was perfect - paid less than in Formula 1 and got much bigger confort. Yes, the air conditioner would be very useful in July and August, but windows are not facing south. In all, it was comfortable and relaxing stay.

Appartamento bellissimo.molto carino tranquillo. Posizione comodissima. Proprietaria simpatica.abbiamo passato delle vacanze meravigliose in famiglia .A parte il letto matrimoniale che faceva troppo rumore .per il resto tutto bene.piscina e terreno di tenis comodo per divertirsi e rinfrescarsi.non vedo l ora di ritornare e consiglio a tutti di provare anche non saranno delusi
