Check in und Küchenausstattung waren OK. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, aber das wird auch nirgendwo versprochen. Das warme Wasser war leider nur lauwarm, also für Abwasch oder Duschen völlig ungeeignet. Eine schöne ruhige Ecke, landschaftlich schön gelegen und dennoch viele Orte schnell erreichbar.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. In unserem Haus werden über eine Erdwärmepumpe drei Wohnungen beheizt und mit Warmwasser versorgt. Somit ist die Entnahmestelle für das Warmwasser von dem zentralen Warmwasserbehälter etwas länger. Dieser Art der Warmwassererzeugung ist aber umweltschonender, als über eine energieintensivere Variante, wie z.B. Durchlauferhitzer. Die von Ihnen geschilderte Unzufriedenheit hätte durch Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter, welcher vor Ort ist und auch mehrfach angetroffen wurde, angesprochen werden können. Hinweis: Warmwasser und Heizung ist auf Grund der Erdwärmepumpe im Mietpreis inclusive!
