Villa Silva WE 9: modern and spacious 3-room apartment with small west-facing balcony

This bright and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 72 m²) on the 1st and 2nd floors offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the entryway, the living/dining room, and the kitchen area is laminate; the two bedrooms (on the upper floor) have carpet; and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The holiday apartment, located in the side annex (built in 2001) of Villa Silva with its own entrance and staircase, can accommodate up to 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out) sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, and a chest of drawers. From the living/dining room, you have direct access to a small balcony (facing southwest) with 2 chairs and a balcony table. Here you can sit back and relax with a view of the greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system with radio, CD player, and USB port, as well as a selection of games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The large open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. An additional bistro table with 4 bistro stools is perfect for a quick snack.

The cosy and spacious first bedroom on the upper floor of the apartment is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and 2 chairs.

The separate, additional second bedroom features two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) with nightstands and bedside lamps, a wardrobe, and a chair.
The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a glass-enclosed shower as well as a bathtub, sink, and toilet, a towel radiator, a vanity cabinet, and various shelves and cabinets, providing ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the entryway, which features a coat rack with a closet and mirror.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from one of the many bike rental shops in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linen package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
