Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 248: quiet 3-room apartment close to the beach

This quiet, beachfront 3-room apartment 248 (approx. 47 m²) on the 2nd floor of Building C (no elevator) features a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. The apartment’s floors are all covered with light-colored tiles.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.
The bright and spacious living/dining room, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, includes a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, two wicker armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with four chairs; a sideboard; and a dresser.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and USB port. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions) as well as a small selection of books.

The modern open-concept kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone induction glass-ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, an armchair, a spacious wardrobe, and a large wall mirror.

The separate and additional second bedroom also features two separate single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a small table with two chairs.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, a bathroom cabinet, a stool, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet with a shoe rack and wall mirror in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bicycle racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation accommodation.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.

The description of the furnishings is based on information provided by the owners; errors and changes are reserved—the actual furnishings and equipment may vary slightly.

Our agency’s rental office is located on the street side and integrated into the apartment complex; our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
