3 minute walk to beach in South Maui!

We don't want to work so hard making a living that we forget to live! Enjoying time with friends and loved ones is a priceless gift. Too often vocations and busy schedules consume most of our days. We believe that regular getaways with friends and family are a great way to create space for connecting, relaxing, adventuring and making lifelong memories. Our tropical themed condos are favorite getaway destinations for us to create these memories and we invite you to make them yours as well!

Relax on the lanai and take in the partial ocean view. Savor a good conversation over a home cooked meal or a night on the town. It’s just a 3 minute walk to one of Maui's best swimming beaches and the sunsets are stunning! Our condos are nestled in the Maui Vista and Maui Banyan complexes with warm trade winds, tropical flowers, singing birds, plumeria trees, palms, shared tennis courts and pools, and shopping and dining are within walking distance. Please note that the HOA has outdoor security cameras mounted and pointed at the shared pools on property.

Our hospitality assistants will prepare the condo for your arrival, give you a personalized numeric door code (avoiding the hassle of keys) and they are available 24/7 should you need assistance. We look forward to accommodating you.

The host was exceptional. Responded quickly to our questions and very straightforward. The unit is walking distance to everything that makes a vacation enjoyable. Great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Everything you would want or need is within a short and enjoyable walk. The grounds are manicured and well maintained. We have been coming to the Maui Banyan for over 12 years now. It has never been a disappointment. We were here for the flood that washed out the street. The Banyan staff were great and very helpful. No damage to the property or unit. All is well and everything handled by professionals who cared. Only inconvenience was the loss of the elevator and WiFi but it was a flood!

What a lovely experience this was. The location was amazing. The unit was very clean and spacious. The owner was lovely to deal with right from day one. The kitchen has everything you need. There was sand toys and chairs etc. we left more sand toys so there is an abundance now lol. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was perfect with a great beach just across the street and easy walking into Kihei. We really liked the Kihei location for access to all the Maui sites. It's very easy to get around. The condo was very well appointed and had everything you need. It's also a very quiet building. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and family friendly

This is our second time staying at the Maui Banyan. The location is great! It’s across the street from the beach and walkable to several restaurants. The pool on the property is great for young kids. The unit itself had a well appointed kitchen, 4 beach chairs, and a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in Kihei

The property was as expected. The unit is well stocked and has plenty of beach items (chairs, boogie boards, sand pails etc). All of the information we needed for our stay was provided easily by the host. More than enough room and space for two couples. Was a wonderful stay. We will be back!

GREAT stay!

Our family has been in the vacation rental business since 2003.  When you reserve our tropical getaways you are dealing directly with the owners. We enjoy visiting our "home away from home" and creating memories as a family.  Some of our favorite activities are swimming,  jogging along Kihei’s beautiful coastline, snorkeling, hiking, our short walk (just 3 minutes!) to Kamaole 2 beach, and driving to various locations to enjoy the diversity of the island. 
We have on-island hosts, conveniently located near our condo, who provide our guests with services such as entry code, maid service, and they are on call 24/7 should a situation arise that needs their immediate attention. Together our goal is to create an enjoyable guest experience.
