The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, an entryway, and a living area with a kitchenette, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small seating area with a couch and 2 armchairs, and a south-facing balcony. The apartment is 55 square meters and is located on the first floor. Make yourself at home in our comfortable guest rooms and cozy vacation apartments. Let your gaze wander freely—from our orchard across the meadows all the way to Lake Brombach. Woken by the aroma of coffee and fresh bread rolls, start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet featuring a wide selection in our inviting lounge. Guests staying in the vacation apartments can also enjoy this breakfast for an additional fee. Well-fortified, you can start your day with a bike ride around the lakes—feel free to store your bikes in our bike shed. From here, you can also easily reach nearby towns and explore their cultural attractions; Weißenburg, where you can follow in the footsteps of the Romans, as well as Gunzenhausen and Nuremberg, are all conveniently accessible by train. The deposit is 20% of the room rate. Tourist tax: 1.50 EUR per adult. Breakfast is available for an additional 15.00 EUR per person; children pay 1.50 EUR per year of age up to age 10. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Other arrival times can be arranged by prior agreement. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request for a fee. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Children up to age 17 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. Additional fees: Breakfast can be booked at the vacation rental for a fee of 15.00 EUR per adult, 1.50 EUR per year of age for children up to 9 years old, and 15.00 EUR per breakfast for children 10 years and older.
