The villa has 3 bedrooms, and each room has a double bed. On the ground floor, there is also a double sofa bed, so more people can stay. In total, the villa has 4 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, so everyone has space and comfort.

One of the biggest highlights of this villa is the private heated pool ( heating available for additional cost). Next to the pool, you can find a big outdoor dining area for 8 people and an electric barbecue, perfect for nice meals outside with family and friends.

For full relaxation, the villa has a private sauna and a jacuzzi – a perfect way to feel calm and enjoy your vacation. And when the sun goes down, you can enjoy a movie under the stars in the villa’s very own outdoor cinema – something you don’t find in every holiday home!

Inside the villa, you’ll find 6 TVs so everyone can watch what they like. Kids and adults will love playing with the Nintendo Switch. There are also board games, table football, and darts for even more fun. Outside, children will love the playground, while adults can relax or try the fitness machines in the gym room.

Villa Spa Otium is also pet-friendly – you can bring two dogs with you but with an additional fee.. The villa welcomes young groups, so it’s a great choice for birthday trips, small celebrations, or just a fun time with friends.
