Your vacation rental (70 square meters) with a private entrance features a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a corner sofa bed, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a small wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. An additional double bed is available in the attic of the house, and a guest cot or a crib can be provided upon request. Since we’re located in a historic building, the ceiling height in the rooms is 2 m. Parking is available at the house. Of course, you’re welcome to use our garden with its barbecue area for a relaxing evening. A play area in the garden for the little ones, complete with a sandbox and swing, is also available. A bread roll delivery service from the bakery is available upon request. 



Your accommodations are located in a charming, historic house dating from 1853 in the spa town of Seiffen, on the southern slope near the forest. We offer a cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

We are the “Toy Village,” where you can watch nutcrackers, incense burners, and pyramids being made. In the demonstration workshops, you’re also welcome to try your hand at crafting. Also worth seeing are the toy museum, the church, and the open-air museum.
We’re ideally located for hiking tours or access to cross-country ski trails. Nearby restaurants offer a place to stop for a bite to eat. An excellent and challenging mountain biking area is located very close by. From here, you can also take guided tours to Prague or Dresden.
To arrive by train, take the Erzgebirgsbahn to Olbernhau Central Station. From the bus station, take bus line 453 (which runs every 2 hours) to Seiffen, or line 453 from Deutschneudorf to Seiffen. The bus stop is “Haus des Gastes.” From there, it’s a short walk to your accommodations, or we’d be happy to pick you up by prior arrangement. By car, take Federal Highway 101 from Freiberg, Brand-Erbisdorf, or Neuhausen/Brüx to Seiffen. From the direction of Chemnitz, take Federal Highway 174 to Marienberg, then take the B171 to Olbernhau, and from there to Kurort Seiffen.









On-site costs: A 20% advance payment may be charged after booking. Payment is due on site in cash. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A baby crib, travel crib, or guest bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per pet per night. The tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night will be charged on site. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
