Your accommodations are located roughly halfway between the two imperial spa towns of Heringsdorf and Bansin. From here, you can reach the lively town centers and the piers in about a 15-minute walk. Standing on the promenade with the villa behind you, walk to the right for about 10 minutes to reach the Pinguin ice cream parlor and the Seebär beach snack bar. From there, follow Strandstraße toward the town center to stop at other restaurants and bistros. You can take picturesque walks along the idyllic Schloonsee by walking from Maxim-Gorki-Straße in front of the house for about 5 minutes toward Bansin.

Suitable for people with mobility impairments: An elevator takes you comfortably from the first floor directly to your apartment level and the basement level with the sauna.

To round out your vacation’s wellness experience, warm up in the free communal sauna (Nov. 1 – Apr. 30, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 16.00 - 21.00 ). Afterward, relax on one of the lounge chairs.

You can store your own or rented bicycles either at the building entrance or securely in the villa’s bike storage room. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee.

Each apartment has 1 parking space available on the property.

To access the property, you will receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required.

This 37-square-meter, 2-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level and is suitable for 2 adults and up to one child. The tastefully furnished living room is bathed in natural light thanks to its wide window front and offers guests a cozy corner sofa bed (sleeping area 140 x 185) for relaxing. A flat-screen TV and radio are, of course, provided. The dining area and the kitchenette—which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and ceramic cooktop—are also located in the living room. Guests can access the west-facing balcony directly from the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and ample closet space. The modern, high-quality bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna, a bike storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. The parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.
