The townhouses are newly built and border directly on the old Seepark Bansin vacation apartment complex. A shopping center, several bistros, a hair salon, and much more are all in the immediate vicinity. A short walk takes you to downtown, the beach, and the Bansin pier.

This wonderfully sunny duplex apartment, with its 78 square meters of space, offers 2–4 people every comfort for a relaxing vacation. The lower level features a spacious, bright living area. The cozy sofa corner faces the southeast-facing windows. A TV and radio are, of course, provided. From here, guests also have access to the quiet balcony, which overlooks greenery and promises relaxing hours in the sun. The dining area for 4 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc., are also integrated into the living area. The dining area and kitchen also offer a view of the outdoors. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet is also located on the lower level. A comfortable staircase from the hallway leads to the penthouse on the upper level, which serves as a living/sleeping area and offers a panoramic view. A sofa set with a second TV and radio invites you to relax or unwind. The bright, beautiful room is ideal for reading. The couch and a single daybed can be used for sleeping. A parking space and a bike shed are located right outside the front door.
