Price from € 475 to € 875 depending on the season.
 Payments can be made online or by bank transfer or by check directly to the owner.
Free shuttle to go to the village of La Croix-Valmer.
Cleaning costs € 50 extra.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage der Ferienwohnung einfach perfekt in der Nähe verschiedener Strände uns in einem sehr schönen gepflegten Garten gelegen. Auch mit unserem kleinen Hund gab es keinerlei Probleme, es war perfekt für ihn.Gerne würden wir wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank

Wunderschöner Urlaub 😊

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Alles ist da, sehr liebevolle Einrichtung und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, der Strand zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten außerdem das Glück, an Ostern traumhaftes Wetter gehabt zu haben! Es waren 2 sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen. Dank und Lob an Jany und Jacques, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Jacques und Jani waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön fanden wir auch die Begrüßungsgetränke. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber, sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt!! Wir würden jederzeit wiederhin!!!

Appartement impeccable dans lequel rien ne manque, très bien équipé. Belle terasse dans jardin arboré. Accueil très chaleureux des hôtes. Plusieurs plages accessibles à pied 5 et 8 minutes. Environnement calme, sécurisé. Tout était fourni pour notre fille de 5 mois, lit parapluie, baignoire. Idéal des vacances parfaites ! Cavalaire à quelques minutes en voiture, animé le soir. Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung in toller Lage, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen!

Wo anfangen? Schon während der Buchung hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck von den Vermietern: jede Frage und Kontaktaufnahme wurde prompt beantwortet. Vor Ort dann auch ein sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Jany und Jacques. Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss eines Ferienhauses, das obere Stockwerk wird von den Vermietern das ganze Jahr über bewohnt. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wie bei Freunden. Der Eingang führt sofort in ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, von dem aus ein kleines Bad/Toilette und eine Duschkabine abgehen. And das erste Zimmer schließt sich dann eine große Wohnküche an, von dort geht es dann weiter in das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Daran wiederum schließt sich eine kleine zweite Toilette an. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut vorbildlich, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Auch die Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Besteck sind in gutem Zustand (Seltenheit: es gibt sogar ein scharfes Messer!). Der Außenbereich ist genauso angenehm gestaltet: es gibt eine geräumige Terasse mit Gasgrill, umgeben von einem wundervoll gepflegten Garten. Die Nutzung des Pools hinter dem Haus wurde uns mehrfach angeboten, aber uns hat es dann doch immer an den nahegelegenen schönen Strand gezogen. Ansonsten: zum Strand schafft man es zu Fuß in einer Viertelstunde. Der nächste Supermarkt in Gigaro ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in La Croix Valmer oder dann einen typisch französischen Riesen-Supermarkt in Gassin. Neben den Strandbeuchen haben wir auch Wanderungen zum Cap Lardier und darüber hinaus unternommen sowie einen längeren Tagesausflug zur wirklich sehenswerten Schlucht von Verdon. Fazit: absolut nicht ausgeschlossen, dass wir da wieder einmal hinfahren. Und dann werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder bei Jany und Jacques anfragen! Auf diesem Weg nochmal vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Charmante location dans un petit coin de paradis

Merci à M et Mme SPENLE pour leur accueil, leur sympathie et leur disponibilité. Location pleine de charme, d'une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec soin et avec goût, où rien ne manque, dont les équipements sont de qualité. Très bonne literie et pour la première fois en vacances nous avons très bien dormi. Magnifique terrasse au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante. Jardin très bien entretenu. Tous commerces, restaurants et plages à proximité, idéalement située pour visiter cette belle région. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location dans laquelle nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Un grand merci à Monsieur et Madame Spenle pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Tout était parfait : location impeccable, décorée avec soin, souci du détail, très beau jardin. Idéalement située entre mer, vignes et village. Nous étions comme à la maison, avec le soleil en plus ! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Nous reviendrons assurément. Très bel endroit

Nous avons séjourné mon mari mes deux enfants et moi même pendant 1 semaine dans cet appartement . Ce dernier est très fonctionnel ,bien équipé et impeccable.Il est doté d'une terrasse ombragé et d'un barbecue .Il est situé dans un lotissement ce qui facilite le stationnement , la mer est à 5 minutes a pied et le village a 5 minutes en voiture. C'est un endroit où nous retournerons volontiers que je recommande vivement pour des vacances en famille ou à deux .

Superbe séjour de 15 jours dans cet appartement décoré avec goût. Très frais même par grosse chaleur. Très bien équipé (produits de très bonne qualité : matelas, plaque de cuisson, casseroles, barbecue...). Idéalement situé entre village et mer. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires que nous remercions encore ! Une adresse à ne pas louper dans la région !
