Chalet of 45m2, in flowered and wooded park, calm and heavenly atmosphere.

Chalet located in a large property 200 m from Bonporteau beach (private access, 3 min on foot).

It consists of a fitted kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker.
A small bathroom with bath, wc and heated towel rail
An attic room of 20 m2 with a 160 cm bed.
A comfortable sofa bed serves as a second bed in the living room.
Television with channel + decoder.

The enclosed garden of 70 m2 has 2 terraces, garden furniture as well as a large table and a barbecue.

Private parking space.

A deposit will be requested upon your arrival in the amount of € 1000 and will be returned upon your departure subject to no damage.

Super cute, very nicely furnished house

The house is a cute, little gem. It is small, but equipped with a great sense of taste. Cheyenne is a very kind and nice host, very friendly and uncomplicated. And the beach that is only a few steps away is one of the nicest I saw in the region. Strongly recommend!

Séjour très agréable. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Tout est incroyablement propre, intérieur comme extérieur, Cheyenne fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait. La plage est vraiment tout près sans avoir à traverser de rue. L’extérieur est très bien aménagé, coin salon, terrasse avec coin repas, coin barbecue. Je recommande vivement. (Attention à la tête dans la chambre !!)

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Neuerdings gibt es sogar noch eine zweite Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, so dass es da auch kein Problem mehr gibt. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht für Auskünfte vor Ort zur Verfügung. Sowohl der Ort als auch der Strand sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.

Urlaub in Cavalaire sur Mer

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten unseren Sommerurlaub dieses Jahr in Cavalaire sur Mer. Das kleine Chalet dass wir bewohnten war sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Besonders hat uns gefreut, die herzliche Begrüssung von Cheyenne und ihrer Familie. Das Chalet liegt in einem wunderschönen Naturpark mit alleinigem Zugang zum Strand. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem kleinen wunderschönen Paradies.

Schönes Chalet mit kleinen Abzüge

Das Chalet ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Auch der Aussenbereich mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten ist sehr gepflegt und eine grüne Oase. Leider ist die Straße den ganzen Tag recht laut zu hören, auch in der angrenzenden Nachbarschaft waren permanent Geräusche wie Staubsauger, Sägen oder andere Gartengeräte zu hören. Das war für unsere Urlaubserholung nicht optimal, vielleicht lag es auch an der Hochsaison. Das Bett in der oberen Etage ließ sich aufgrund der Wärme nicht nutzen, da die Klimaanlage nur unten funktioniert. So mussten wir im Wohnraum auf der Ausziehcouch schlafen. Somit gibt es für uns trotz des schönen Hauses Abzüge bei der Bewertung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Gastgeber, ein junges Pärchen, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, top! Ein wunderschöner Garten. Strand in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren im Juli da. An alle, die größer als 1,70m sind, die Schrägen im Badezimmer und Dachgeschosszimmer sind recht tief, sodass man sich bücken müsste. Ansonsten rundum eine schöne Unterkunft.

Super süßes Häuschen

... in perfekter Lage zum kleinen, aber feinen Strand. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Es gibt nur eine Kleinigkeit: Tatsächlich ist die Straße laut zu hören, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Und wer in der Moskitosaison kommt, sollte sich gut ausrüsten (aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts ...) Vielen Dank für dei nette Betreuung!

Toller Urlaub an der Cote d'azur

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus ist nice, super eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig. Und der traumhafte Stand war in 5 min zu erreichen. Cheyenne war immer eine hilfreiche und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Paradies im Grünen

Tolle Lage unweit vom Strand mit privatem Zugang. Tolles kleines Haus mit Klimaanlage und allem was man braucht für einen langen Aufenthalt. Fußläufig zu Supermarkt und Bäckern als auch in die Hauptstraße und Marina zum Schlendern. Alles wirklich topp und wir kommen seeehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Cavalaire dans cette très jolie maison, de type chalet, très bien équipée et située dans une résidence privée. Vous y êtes comme à la maison ! Le jardin est très agréable et bien ombragé. Les plus : l'accueil et les gentilles attentions de Cheyenne, la propriétaire des lieux, un accès direct en quelques minutes à la charmante plage de Bonporteau, et la proximité du centre ville. Nous avons très envie de revenir !

Ein traumhafter Platz mit wunderbaren Menschen

Es ist ein toller Platz zum Entspannen. Das kleine niedliche und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage mit individuellen Häuschen. Der Weg zum Wasser sind ca. 6 Minuten. Sehr schön! Die Straße hört man allerdings. Cheyenne und Antoine haben sich um alles liebevoll gekümmert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fallsnochmal her. Merci!

Traumhafte Strandoase

Mit unseren zwei Kindern und Hund haben wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem besonderen Chalet verbracht. Cheyenne ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus und Außenbereich sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail modern eingerichtet und der Garten spendet Schatten nach einem heißen Strandtag in der fußläufig gelegenen Bucht.

Schöne Ferien

Ein wenig schwer zum finden. Für uns ein wenig zu viel Strassen Lärm. Lage sonst gut,da nahe am Strand mit eigenem Zugang. Nahe am Hafen mit vielen Restaurant. Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vermieterin war sehr schnell mit Ersatz zur Stelle als Gas für den Grill ausging. Sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit auch mit Tipps für Ausflüge.

Agréable séjour

Accueil chaleureux et grande disponibilité de la propriétaire. Petite demeure tout à fait bien aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Très propre! Notre grand chien était également bienvenu. Le terrain est ombragé, ce qui nous a permis de passer toute la journée dehors même lors de journées très chaudes. La climatisation a très bien fonctionnée ce qui a garantie des nuits agréables. Cette location est idéale pour 2 personnes, mais ne se prête pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite car pour monter à l´étage l'escalier est très raid (la chambre à coucher a le plafond très bas, mais elle est bien aérée avec lit très confortable). Merci Cheyenne et à bientôt peut-être...

Un cocon dépaysant

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce chalet atypique et très bien équipé. Petit bémol sur la proximité de la route un peu bruyante mais bonus avec l’accès privatif à la plage de Bonporteau ainsi que le cadre familial du lieu. On se sent comme chez soi. Chapeau pour l’accueil et les petites attentions de notre hôtesse Cheyenne.

petit écrin de plaisir

un adorable petit chalet, qui vient juste d'être mis en location... donc quelques perfectionnements (enfin c'est la râleuse qui écrit:) un accueil et une disponibilité exemplaires (c'est la nulle en verrou et mitigeur qui écrit) La plage textile est au bout du chemin, les rochers naturistes en bas de 320 marches... Les chiens de la propriété sont très sympatiques et très bien élevés, si le vôtre l'est, ils sauront cohabiter. Seuls bémols: à partir d'un âge certain, il n'est plus possible de monter la valise à l'étage voire de monter à l'étage et surtout, dans la journée, le bruit de la circulation car hélas le chalet est proche du giratoire de la route de la côte...mais ce n'est pas grave lorsqu'on est à la plage.
