The 40 m² apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, hairdryer, and fan. The studio has a lovely private balcony where you can relax and enjoy your meals.



The apartment is located in a very quiet and well-maintained building. Chiemgau Thermen is just a 15-minute walk away, as are the train station and the town center with shops, butchers, bakeries, and restaurants. Lake Chiemsee is also nearby, and the area offers many cycling and hiking trails.



Parking is available on the property as well as an underground parking space. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parties or group events are not permitted in the apartment or on the premises. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
