New at the start - 1-room apartment with a beautiful view

Large, bright room (approx. 35 m²) with a fully equipped new kitchen and a view of the Aichelberg. The bright room can be darkened (shutters, roller blinds).
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, spices, and much more. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment. A beautiful set of tableware also invites you to enjoy a nice meal. Wine glasses, champagne glasses, beer glasses, etc., are provided.
The bathroom is separate and located on the same floor (1st floor), with heated walls in the shower. Toiletries, a hair dryer, towels, and much more are available to you in the bathroom, which is filled with natural light.
From the dining area, you have a great view of our beautiful, large fig tree,
under which you’ll find a cozy seating area.
Free parking is available on the property.
Thanks to the convenient nearby highway access in Aichelberg (A8—5 min.), both major cities, Stuttgart and Ulm, are easily reachable by car in about 35 minutes.
Stuttgart Airport and the convention center are only 20 minutes away.
From the vacation rental, you can reach a butcher, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a shopping center with a post office and package drop-off station in just a few minutes on foot.
After 150 meters, you’ll reach fields and meadows where you can enjoy the beautiful view while taking a walk.
