This centenary family house is located on a private estate by the Ebro River. Built with stone and brick and featuring wooden beam ceilings, it has been renovated to offer modern comforts while preserving its original charm.



You have a private entrance, garden, pétanque court, picnic area, swimming pool, two porches (one with a ping-pong table), and a large terrace with views of the river and the estate. It is next to the riverside promenade, ideal for sports and walks.



Situated in the heart of the Ebro Delta, in Deltebre, you are close to the main tourist attractions and only 15 minutes from the beaches.



There are three double bedrooms: one suite with a private bathroom and two sharing a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included.
