Beary Cozy is a three bedroom, two and one half bath Arts-and-Crafts-meets-the-Great-Smoky-Mountains cabin in the heart of Wears Valley. Beary Cozy's convenient location (minutes to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park) and easy access make for a popular vacation retreat any time of the year. The main level of Beary Cozy features the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, game room, master bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen boasts plenty of cabinet space with granite countertops and a kitchen island with a coordinating granite top. The dining area can seat four easily and boasts an antique wood and metal chandelier over the handmade dining table. In the living room, the remote controlled electric fireplace is flanked by a comfortable sofa and two over stuffed chairs. The fireplace surround, mantel, coffee table, and end table are all made from reclaimed timber and barn wood. Above the fireplace is a large screen cable Smart TV complete with a DVD player along with a selection of movies. The spacious main level master bedroom holds a king size bed, a reading chair, and a 43 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. Attached is the master bathroom which features double sinks, a whirlpool tub, and a stand alone shower. Beary Cozy also has reclaimed hardwood flooring throughout accented with area rugs. The ceiling features reclaimed tongue and groove pine with beams in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The main level game room is home to the pool table and a full size arcade game with over 100 games. Wireless high speed cable Internet is also offered along with unlimited United States long distance calling.

The upstairs level plays host to two additional bedrooms, another bathroom and a second game room. The left hand bedroom features a king size bed, a Smart TV, a PlayStation 2 video game, and a reading area. The right hand bedroom features a queen size bed, a Smart TV, DVD player, and a reading area. Also adjacent to the right hand bedroom is the second game room which holds a foosball table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a Joust arcade game. The bathroom has a tub shower combination as well as a granite countertop vanity.

Outside, Beary Cozy sports a covered front porch with rocking chairs, a side deck, and a park style charcoal grill located off the deck as well as a picnic table. An outdoor, four person hot tub is located on the back deck. There is also plenty of space for outdoor activities.
