The biggest disappointment was we were traveling with 4 children who thought we rented a cabin with pool access which pool access was on the listing. There was no pool. The outdoor seating area wasnt maintained. The cabin was nice, the price was decent. The after hours communication was poor.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re happy you enjoyed the cabin and found it a good value, but we’re sorry for the disappointment around pool access. With four children looking forward to swimming, we understand how much that affected your stay. We’ll review the listing to make sure the amenities are clear and address the outdoor seating area with our team. Our office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and responses outside those hours may be delayed. Thank you for letting us know where we could have made your family’s stay better.
