About Tim Stout
After 30 years of vacationing in Estes Park we decided to buy a home there. We're looking forward to sharing the magic of the mountains. Since we can only spend part of our time in Estes Park, Ponderosa Reality, Inc. manages our property.
Tim Stout purchased this House in 2011
Why Tim Stout chose Estes Park
We love this house with it's mix of old cabin charm and modern appliances. Close to town and attractions yet it has a remote and relaxing atmosphere.

Great place in a great location. The house was nice and had a lot of character.
The house was perfect for a large family. It had character and room for everyone. It’s location was close to both town and the National Park. We enjoyed our stay!
Just what we were hoping for....
Great cabin in the woods with lots of living space. Ponderosa Realty was easy to work with and very responsive.
Perfect for Families
We rented for a vacation with our sons and family with children.
Just loved everything about the property. The kids loved the loft and the jungle gym.
All of the wonderful places to sit and relax outside were just great.
The house itself was just perfect for 5 adults and 3 children. There was so much space to spread out and do your own thing.
The kitchen had everything that we needed and then some.
AND we loved all of the special decorations, each time you looked around there was something new to see.
We love coming to Estes Park and having such a wonderful place to stay was a bonus for our visit.
Family get away
House was nice. Had good view of the mountains
The main entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park is only 5 miles from the front door of Aspen Grove. One of America's most popular parks, beautiful scenery, hiking, and wildlife watching is accessible by car or on foot.
