In a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to the village center and several local beaches, the comfortable holiday home Loggos is nestled in a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. This detached house is located in a peaceful residential area with other holiday homes and is only a short stroll from the sea. The main beach of the village is just 200 m away (500m by car) and features a long stretch of pebbles, with several serviced areas, tavernas, and cafés.

The private, fenced garden features a covered terrace with lounge furniture directly in front of the house, a BBQ area, and lush flowers, plants, and trees – all contributing to the Mediterranean atmosphere. The elevated ground floor (accessed by 8 steps from the garden) has a private entrance leading directly into the open-plan living and dining room with a fireplace. Adjoining the living space are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own small terrace. From the living room, guests can access the spacious covered main terrace. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests.

The lower-ground apartment of the house, with its own separate entrance, is used by the owners.

The location of the holiday home is ideal for a relaxed and independent holiday. It offers convenient access from both Athens International Airport and the port of Patras. The area is a great base for hiking through the nearby vineyards or for visiting archaeological sites such as Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, or Olympia.
