Located in Roquefort-des-Corbières, in the heart of the Corbières, this 42 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people. You have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. The property offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, and access to a laundry room.
Enjoy the shared garden and the outdoor shared pool surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical atmosphere. The pool is accessible from April to the end of October, depending on the weather. You can also play shared table tennis during your stay.
Parking is available on site or on the street. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic, and an electric charging station is 50 meters away. Dogs are allowed on request and subject to approval. Events are not permitted, and you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen is available for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done by you or can be arranged for an additional fee. You can enjoy wine tasting and shopping nearby, as well as visit the Réserve Africaine de Sigean. The location offers an ideal setting between the sea and the Corbières mountains.
