About Jeff Green
My Wife and I have 5 Children all girls except 4. All of our children are married and have children. We have 24 grandchildren. We live in Cedar City, UT where we own and operate a regional Plumbing Supply Company & Internet Retail Business. We love to spend our much needed vacation time at Panguitch Lake.
Jeff Green purchased this Cabin in 2007
Why Jeff Green chose Panguitch
We wanted a place where we could all get together to share a few weekends a year. In the early 90's when our kids were young we would spend a week each summer camping on a piece of property we owned at Panguitch Lake. When we decided to build a cabin it was only natural to build it on the property that we had camped on for all those years. The problem was that our family had grown so big that we needed a very big cabin to accommodate them all. So we build The Panguitch Lake Lodge

Great winter retreat for large group
The house was beautiful and the location and size of the house was exactly what I was looking for. The booking and follow-up with Jeff was quick and easy. A group of dads and I started a break off "camping club" from the YMCA Indian Guides called "Rogue Nation", because for the price we can always fine better more cost effective locations on our own than through the YMCA. With a large group we found this location to be a perfect fit for our needs, we even had space to bring the wife's on this trip.
The house was plenty large enough for the adults to all have their own rooms and all the kids loved the bunks on the top floor. The stove, fridges, and laundry made this trip super easy for all of us.
The location is a bit out of the way, but that is exactly what we wanted. It's 30 minute drive from Brian Head Resort. The drive from Brian Head to the house is pretty easy and has amazing scenery. This being a winter trip I was prepared for the worst. We did have to cut the trip short a day because of not wanting to risk getting snowed in. We were not sure how well the roads were maintained up there and 6 - 8" was forecasted on the overnight. I'm glad we left when we did because at the house it was clear and 40 degrees, the road to Brian Head was completely covered in some areas by snow drifts. Just be prepared with 4x4 and chains if going up here in the winter and know that even with a small amount of snow the drifts in parts can really add up to much more snow. The last part of the road to the house was frozen mud in the morning and mud mud in the day time.
Really a great stay, wish we could have stayed the last day but couldn't risk not getting out in the morning by checkout time.
Only cons: I thought when we booked it there was an outside Jacuzzi, there is not just a jetted tub in the bunk room. Also the faucet on that tub was hard to shut off once opened. Additionally I found it really hard to get the temperature on the main floor comfortable. I turned off all the thermostats on that floor and thought we had the rest set to 67 yet that floor was always 72 or higher. Plus there are thermostats everywhere so just kind of hard to get it right the first time being there.
Great stay overall! Thanks Green's for letting us book your house! Would book again anytime!
Best Vacation Spot In The World!
I’ve traveled all over the world and my favorite spot to go is this cabin at Panguitch Lake. It’s never disappointing.
Fantastic - especially for large groups!
Our extended family of over twenty people had a terrific week at this Panguitch cabin. The cabin is magically cozy and spacious at the same time and is very well outfitted for large groups - two large fridges, large ovens, large washer/dryers etc. The surrounding nature is beautiful and serene.
Beautiful cabin with excellent amenities
This cabin is a perfect place for a group retreat.
Plenty of spaces for kids and adults to have fun.
Owner Jeff is a really nice person to work with too.
Thank you Jeff
We chose this location for our 2017 family reunion. 28 people all in beds with plenty of room to cook, play, and relax without getting in each others way. All the kiddos LOVED the bunk bed loft. The surrounding area is also beautiful! The Greens are very kind and accommodating. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking for our large group, plus that restaurant grade range is AMAZING! We spent time at the lake fishing and canoeing and kayaking. We all thoroughly enjoyed this family reunion.
The cabin was amazing. We had 7 families there and never felt crowded.
We had an amazing time at the cabin. The wrap around decks were amazing especially when all the deer would slowly walk by. We had some minor issues with the water pressure but Jeff was always very quick to respond. Would absolutely stay there again.
Property Includes a PlayGround with Sandbox, 3 Swings, Picnic Table, & Trampoline. Also has a Great Swimming Hole in the Creek on the Property!!
