Here, you can enjoy breathtaking landscapes and the peaceful surroundings, perfect for recharging your energy. We provide a range of accommodation options, including 25 m² studios for 2 people, comfortable apartments for 4 to 6, as well as double and quadruple rooms.
Conveniently situated between Chambéry and Annecy, the residence is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a getaway, whether for a weekend or a longer stay. The chalet-style architecture and cosy accommodations create a warm mountain atmosphere that enhances the experience.

The hamlet of La Féclaz offers a wealth of outdoor activities, from scenic walks and ski descents to horseback riding. For a change of pace, visit nearby Aix-les-Bains, a charming spa town on the shores of Lac du Bourget, known for its historical sites that appeal to both photography enthusiasts and history buffs. It’s an ideal spot to learn sailing or perfect your golf swing.
Chambéry, just a 25-minute drive from La Féclaz, is home to the Dukes of Savoy's castle. Explore its medieval streets, where you’ll find traditional shops offering local specialties, such as chocolate truffles.
La Féclaz’s ski area, located at 1,500 meters, features 14 slopes suitable for all levels. For something different, head to the Revard plateau for Nordic skiing or try a sled ride pulled by Nordic dogs. Hikers will enjoy exploring the stunning landscapes of Roc de Margériaz, Creux Lachat, and La Croix du Nivolet.
If relaxation is your goal, Aix-les-Bains offers sandy beaches perfect for lounging, as well as iconic landmarks like Hautecombe Abbey and the Arc de Campanus for picturesque photo opportunities. You can also explore the Dent du Chat, crisscrossed with hiking trails above Lac du Bourget.

Ski lifts: Direct access to alpine slopes and lifts – 300m from the start of the cross-country skiing trails

Wellness: Enjoy a heated indoor pool, a wellness area with a sauna, and a hammam.
Leisure: The residence has a playground and various games available, including billiards, darts, table hockey, foosball, and a petanque court. There is also a reading corner.
Storage: A bike room is available for guests.

A welcome cleaning kit is provided, which includes a sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, multipurpose cleaner, and dishwasher tablets.
A baby bed and high chair are available for loan, subject to availability and reservation.

Pets: Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one per apartment. Please note that dogs of categories 1 and 2 are forbidden.
Linen & Towels: You can rent a pack of sheets and towels per person.

End-of-stay cleaning: This service is available, excluding the kitchen area.
Ski passes and equipment: You can pre-purchase ski passes and rent ski equipment for adults and children for various durations (from 2 to 7 days). This must be done at least 3 days before your arrival.
Laundry: The residence has a laundry service.
Breakfast: Breakfast is available.
