Located in Palermo, this charming 50 m² holiday home is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to five guests. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, while the mezzanine features another double bed. The ground floor includes the living room with a French sofa bed and the bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals. Amenities include air conditioning, a fan, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair. Babysitting and airport shuttle services are available upon request.
Upstairs, you can relax on the private open terrace, a cosy space ideal for unwinding.
Shared street parking is available nearby. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Shuttle services to the airport and train station are offered for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. You can also make use of a car sharing service.
