Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Was uns nicht bewusst war… der Parkplatz war nicht direkt an der Unterkunft gelegen, was das Be-und Entladen des Autos schwierig und umständlich gestaltete. Ausserdem waren im Badezimmer die Badmöbel kaputt (Unterschrank von Feuchtigkeit völlig aufgequollen, Waschtisch gerissen, Ablage provisorisch fixiert). Darüber hinaus hat es im Bad permanent nach Schimmel und Kanal gestunken, Silkon- und Fliesenfugen waren gerissen und teilweise verschimmelt. In der Küche waren die Filter der Dunstabzugshaube völlig verfettet. Für die Spülmaschine fehlten Klarspüler und Regeneriersalz und wurde von uns zugekauft. Die Fenster klemmten und ließen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen. Ein Rauchmelder war lediglich in der Küche vorhanden. Zum Gesamteindruck der Wohnung lässt sich sagen, dass ein dringender Renovierungs-/Sanierungsbedarf besteht!!!
