Treat yourselves to a relaxing stay in this recently renovated, cozy 45 m² suite. Located in a quiet residential area, you’re just 10 minutes from downtown Périgueux and the A89 motorway. Enjoy independent access via a separate entrance at the back of the house, with the bedroom upstairs.



You’ll have a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), plus an extra single bed and a baby cot available on request. The suite features a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, storage space, and a dining table with chairs—perfect for breakfast with a view of the park.



Amenities include a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, basic dishes, microwave, and hotplate. You’ll benefit from fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, TV, and self check-in for flexibility. Please note there is no kitchen. A courtesy tray is provided. A basic breakfast is included for you to enjoy in your room or the garden: coffee, tea, sugar, juice, and biscuits.



The suite has a shower and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom. Bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your comfort.
