Private Room 'Suite Maraval' with Garden & Pool, 10 min from Périgueux

Welcome to Suite Maraval, a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Périgord, offering simplicity and comfort. This recently renovated 45 m² room provides all the amenities of an independent stay, just 10 minutes from the historic center of Périgueux and the A89 motorway.



Enjoy private access to your room via a separate entrance at the back of our house. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). For a third guest (from age 2), a single bed (90 cm) can be added on request, available for an extra charge. A baby bed (up to age 2) is also available on request for an extra charge, but does not add extra sleeping space. The living area features a corner sofa, TV, and a table for breakfast. Bed linen, bath and pool towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.



Breakfast is self-service (not served). At your disposal: coffee, tea, milk, juice, biscuits/rusks, jam, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hotplate, and small refrigerator. No kitchen.



A portable air conditioner with night mode ensures cool, quiet nights, and a fan is also available. Fiber Wi-Fi and TV are included.



Outside, a private terrace in the garden invites you to relax. You have free access to the pool. As it is located in front of our living areas, we kindly ask you to respect the peace of the place for everyone’s comfort.



Two parking spaces on site, table tennis. Events are not allowed.



Shops are 5 minutes away by car. Walking paths are nearby. The region invites you to discover Périgueux and its Saint-Front Cathedral, local markets, renowned Périgord gastronomy, and exceptional prehistoric sites nearby.
