Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment is high-end and features a separate bedroom with a double bed and TV, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a second TV, free Wi-Fi, and underfloor heating throughout. A new bathroom with a shower and toilet provides additional comfort.
Amenities include a private parking space at the building (No. 21), a bike storage room with an e-bike charging station, and a sauna with a relaxation room (for a fee). Wir waren das zweite mal im HZ21 und würden es jederzeit wieder mieten. Es spricht die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Watt, der Aufzug bis in 3. Stock und die Einrichtung, für uns perfekt!
