It is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea.<br>The combined living and sleeping area is functionally furnished and features a couch, a fold-down bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for two people. From here, you can also access the balcony, which offers a sweeping view of the North Sea.<br>The open kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.<br>The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also various restaurants and cafés in the area.<br>Free parking is available for guests. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.<br>The apartment is well-suited for couples or individuals looking for simple accommodations with a beautiful view and a location close to the beach.<br>The swimming pool is scheduled to be closed from January 15, 2026, through February 20, 2026.<br><br>Visitor’s tax<br>As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.<br>In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.<br>You can find the current rates and further information on the visitor’s tax at:<br><br>Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can conveniently add a bedding and towel package for €30 per person.
