You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, and a home cinema connected to fiber. The property offers step-free access and interior, making it accessible to all guests. Families will appreciate the availability of a baby cot and a high chair.



You will enjoy peace and sunshine without direct neighbors on a 6-hectare plot, while being only 5 to 10 minutes from all local shops and a leisure center.



The private garden invites you to relax and use the barbecues for your outdoor meals. The large terrace, with 70 m² covered and 50 m² very sunny, features a large table for 12 guests, ideal for convivial and memorable meals with all the specialties of Gascony.



The private outdoor pool is located in a dedicated area with a pool house, pergola, and stone garden table. It will be a privileged place for you to relax and cool off during your stay (open in the summer season depending on the weather, closes mid-September).



You will have 5 parking spaces on the property. Among other shared amenities, you will find a billiard table, ping-pong table, darts game, archery target, and an orchard with a kiosk. Events are not allowed on the property. Several hiking, cycling, motorbike, or quad trails are accessible nearby.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee (included in July and August). Electricity costs are included within reasonable consumption. A contract must be signed before arrival.
