Spacious, had everything we needed!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful home! Well cared for, everything was clean and in great shape. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit outdoors. The kitchen had all necessary supplies to cook up a hot breakfast each morning. The water was hot in the shower, although the water pressure seemed a bit low. Would book again!

Perfect Base "Camp"

  • 4 of 5

Comfortable house with great amenities. We used the fireplace inside and out, really cozy. Comfy couches. Wine glasses with stems. And, we took advantage of hot tub on the deck. The park is up the road, so this is a great home-base. You can walk to shopping, dining and drinking if you want. The dining options are really good and most take advantage of being next to the river. Take a flashlight; the road is dark. The community had nice events to kick off the holiday season. Donna, Jeff and Gregg are all super nice. Don't forget to try some jerky. Would recommend, definitely.

Wonderful Gem in Kings Canyon

  • 4 of 5

The house was well equipped with all the amenities. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time at Kings Canyon. We met Jeff, and he was so friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions on what to do and where to eat.

Thank you for having us! Until next time....

Great for a weekend close to Sequoia national park

  • 4 of 5

We were two married couples who spent Thanksgiving weekend at the doll house. Everything was great - we made good use of the large kitchen, really appreciated having a dishes, pots and pans ... and had fun in the hot tub too!

The doll house is close to sequioa national park and it makes for a very pleasant day trip. Overall, we will certainly recommend staying at the doll house.

Felt just like home

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at the Doll House that was packed with reminiscing and laughter. 3 of my childhood friends and I wanted a reunion that was both close to nature and felt like coming over to that one friend's house back when we were in high school (you know, the one you always raided their fridge and drove their parents crazy). We also wanted to be somewhere that felt isolated and where we could hang outside until the late hours talking without feeling like we had to be quiet after a certain hour. I was skeptical at first with how close the house was to the road and the fact that there was a campground next door, but it actually felt like we were alone but it might also be because of the season. Great access to Sequoia NP, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Mexican restaurant in town is delicious, and coconut cold brew is apparently a thing out here. Hot tub was amazing, fire pit was even more amazing. If you're 4 people you have to share beds (not a problem as couples), but there is also a nice big couch downstairs that's just as comfy if you've got a snorer in the house. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit the park.
