The fully furnished property features air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dedicated workspace, baby bed, and private grill to ensure a comfortable stay.



Step outside to your private covered terrace spanning 45 sqm, set within a shared wooded garden on the 2560 sqm property. The private outdoor pool is available from July 1 to August 31, open from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 7 pm, with one evening per week offering night swimming from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.



You will have access to 2 shared parking spaces within the enclosed property. Up to 2 pets are welcome to join your stay. Events are not allowed on the property.



Best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to the property. The hosts live on-site in a separate villa at the back of the property and have dogs and cats, though dogs never come into direct contact with guests. A car is essential for your stay. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Located 2 km from Siagne and Grasse, and 7 km from the sea at Cannes or Mandelieu, you can explore charming villages like Auribeau sur Siagne, Cabris, and Gourdon. Activities within 15 km include water sports, golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and entertainment options.
