Beautiful villa with character, walking distance to the beach, sea view
Located in the Beauvallon area, the house is 500 m from the seaside and offers calm, comfort and authenticity. Nice sea view.
Completely renovated in 2015 (except kitchen), it can accommodate 12 people:
On the ground floor, an entrance, a large living-dining room of 80 m2 opening onto a shaded pergola, a bedroom + bathroom-wc, a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 3 with their private bathroom, 1 separate shower, 1wc.
A last independent bedroom with access from the outside, sink.
The sought-after decoration of Inès combines beautiful vintage pieces very nicely mixed with furniture, more modern cushions to give a very welcoming, very elegant spirit! The rooms each have a dominant color in very beautiful tones, 4 of them have a beautiful sea view, the others on the back are in the greenery, very pleasant!
A superb heated swimming pool (11x5), entirely created in 2015 with a beautiful swimming pool beach all around, surrounded by the landscaped garden (security barrier on request).
Shower and outdoor wc near the pool.
Access to the house by secure gate, parking space for several cars.
Very beautiful sea view over St Tropez. Wooded land of 2000 m2.
Privatized access to the Beauvallon Nautical Club beach (in season, July-August, rentals of windsurf boards, paddles, dinghies, hobbycats, and sailing lessons by qualified instructors).
For golfers, the beautiful Beauvallon course is 5 minutes by car, as is a tennis club.
