A special highlight is the covered loggia facing west, bathed in sunshine. Here you can enjoy the seaside climate and the sun well into the evening—a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a meal together after a walk on the beach. The loggia is accessible directly from the living area and is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

This modern, non-smoking apartment impresses with its well-thought-out design and high-quality amenities. Large, partially floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing let in plenty of light, while comfortable radiant floor heating provides cosy warmth—all year round.

The open-concept living-dining area invites you to linger: Here you’ll find a comfortable double sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV, making for relaxing evenings right in the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want—including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, and capsule coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven—you’ll have everything you need to get creative in the kitchen during your holiday.

In the two separate bedrooms, which face north and are therefore pleasantly quiet, high-quality box-spring beds await you for the best sleeping comfort. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own flat-screen TV—ideal for some undisturbed downtime.

A real bonus are the two elegant bathrooms, which offer you maximum comfort both in the morning and in the evening. One is equipped with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub. Both feature a toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, heated towel rack, and, of course, underfloor heating.

Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.
