In the middle of the tranquil mountain landscape of Brand, a new temporary home awaits you: STUDA 29.
A place to arrive – with mountain views, private spa and space for relaxation.
In Brand, a modern apartment awaits you with 57 m² of living space – suitable for two to four people. Clear lines, high-quality materials and a functionally designed spatial concept offer comfort and retreat. Your own loggia with mountain views brings nature directly to your doorstep.
Equipment
A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and steam function, and a bright living area with a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 1–2 children) offer everything for relaxed holiday days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.
Location
The apartment is located at the entrance to Brand - quiet and close to nature, with a view of the greenery. Whether skiing, hiking or golfing - your mountain experience begins right at the doorstep. And thanks to the nearby bus stop, you remain flexible while travelling, even without a car.
