Locaux rénovés avec pertinence en rapport avec une maison de pêcheur d'une autre époque. Locaux très propres et très au calme. Toutefois, l'escalier à vis pour accéder au second puis troisième étage est très étroit et rend la montée/descente d'un lourd bagage difficile et périlleuse pour de jeunes enfants. A déconseiller à des personnes à mobilité réduite.Le stationnement est rarement de toute proximité compte-tenu de l'étroitesse des lieux environnants et donc pas d'emplacement réservé.Logement bien situé au coeur de la ville, en proximité de la plage et des commerces.
