Norman house

In a green setting, within a beautiful property, charming Norman house (70 m2) overlooking a garden with independent entrance located 200m from the shops in the village center and 500m from Yport beach.
This small farmhouse, simply arranged, is composed of a living space with kitchenette, a large bedroom on the ground floor with a 180 bed (2x90) and its bathroom / WC corner (redone in 2016). Upstairs, accessible by an EXTERIOR staircase, a small attic room with 2 single beds. This room is not suitable for young children. The house opens onto a terrace and a garden.
Baby equipment available on request. 5 mins walk from the village with small supermarket, butcher, baker, pharmacist, post office, bookstore, hairdresser, restaurant. The beach with cafes and restaurants is 5 minutes walk from the village square. Pet allowed (very large garden not really closed)

Wonderful house and village

A very, very nice place with access to a lovely garden area. Situated in a beautiful village and with walking distance to the sea and beach. A nice and friendly land lady.

Zeer charmant huisje, gunstig gesitueerd, in een prachtige tuin, onderdeel van een groot Normandisch huis van standing. Gelegen aan de rand van het dorp, rustig en toch maar 5 minuten lopen naat centrum met winkels en restaurants en de zee.Inrichting is eenvoudig en charmant, wij vonden het zitcomfort matig. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en hondvriendelijk!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Vivianes schönem und authentischen normanischen Häuschen. Wie schon viele andere Gäste bemerkt haben, ist Viviane eine sehr freundliche emphatische Gastgeberin. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und wir haben es genossen draußen auf der Terrasse in den wunderschönen Garten zu blicken. Yport ist ein kleines uriges Fischerdorf und ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Die Felsen von Étretat, das circa 10 km entfernt liegt, sind spektakulär. Leider hatten wir überwiegend schlechtes Wetter, ansonsten wäre der Urlaub doppelt so schön geworden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Gegend

Das Haus ist ca. 165 Jahre alt und wird von der Urenkelin des Erbauers vermietet. Es mit antiken Möbeln und zahlreichen Gemälden geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben Vivian als sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche, jedoch niemals aufdringliche Vermieterin erlebt. Danke für die Restaurantreservierung bei unserer Anreise. Hervorzuheben sind die ruhige Lage und der große Garten und natürlich die großartige Umgebung. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die Hundehaare auf den Kissen und Sofas. Laut Vermieterin eine Ausnahme. Ihre Reinigungskraft bekäme das normalerweise besser hin.

Schönes kleines Haus

Yport im September ist traumhaft. Total ruhig, ein paar nette Restaurants und eine sehr gute Boulangerie. Das Häuschen ist sehr nett, es darf nur draußen nicht kalt werden wie in diesem Jahr im September, da es keine Heizung hat. Auch sollte man kein Problem mit Spinnen und Spinnenweben haben. Davon gibt es reichlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unproblematisch und sie war sehr hilfsbereit.

Urig und sympathisch

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem authentischen, kleinen Haus - sehr gut und ruhig gelegen - mit Blick in einen wunderbaren Garten - idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die herrliche Küste zu erwandern. Direkt vom Haus aus gelangt man in kurzer Zeit auf den Küstenwanderweg. Die Vermieterin, Viviane, ist äußerst sympatisch und hilfsbereit - aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns über funktionierendes W-LAN im Haus gefreut, das entgegen der Inseratsangabe zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus ist für ein Paar geeignet, das sich sehr gut kennt, da das im Schlafzimmer abgetrennte Badezimmer sehr hellhörig ist.

Traumurlaub

Alles war einfach wunderschön. Das kleine Häuschen passte genau zu seiner Umgebung mit dem schönen Garten. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die kleine City und auch der Strand, aber trotzdem ganz ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sommerpause mit Charme

Schönes altes Sommerhaus, sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Nette Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Yport ist ein idealer Ort für jemand, der dem Trubel entkommen will.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Yport. Das kleine Häuschen bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Viviane ist sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in der schönen Normandie.

Charmant cottage proche de la mer

Un grand merci à Madame Rohm pour son chaleureux accueil et son hospitalité. Son cottage de style rustique situé sur sa très jolie propriété, est agréable et est très proche des petits commerces et plage. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. Idéal pour un long week-end!

Mitten in einem weitläufigen, wunderschönen Garten eines großen Anwesens gelegenes Objekt. Nah am Ort und an der Küste. Erholung und Ruhe. Freundlicher, liebenswürdiger Kontakt zur charmanten, hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Wir haben uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Örtchen war wunderbar und gab uns das Gefühl dazu zu gehören. Immer wieder gerne.

eine schöne Woche in Yport

das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr urig eingerichtet - viele schöne alte Möbel und zahlreiche gemalte Bilder, dazu ein bequemes großes Bett und eine gemütliche Küche mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral gelegen und doch ruhig im schönen Garten von Mme Rohmer, die nebenan im Haupthaus wohnt. Man ist auf der Terrasse ganz für sich, aber jederzeit kann man Mme Rohmer erreichen. Bei ihr am Haupthaus hat man auch Wlan. 3Minuten zum Bäcker und Schlachter, 5 Minuten zum Meer - perfekt! Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.

ein Haus für Menschen mit Humor

Zu dem Haus gehört ein wunderbarer Garten, den man gerne betreten darf. Im Haus finden sich sehr viele liebevolle Erinnerungen an vergangene Zeiten - da klemmt schon mal eine Schublade, aber dafür ist es einzigartig - und die Vermieterin ist eine liebenswerte und immer hilfsbereite Dame.

Très bon séjour

Idéalement situé à Yport proche de toutes les commodités à pied, Viviane est de bon conseil pour les visites alentours et éviter la foule à Étretat :) le logement est rustique mais tout y est. Il faisait froid mais nous avons pu allumer les chauffages. le jardin est superbe notre chienne a adoré s'y prélasser.

Einfach nur schön….

Wir hatten eine himmlische Woche in einem bezaubernden normannischen Haus. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und sprach perfektes Englisch. Die Lage ist super und wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Yport ist ein herrliches kleines Fischerdorf und man kann spektakuläre Wanderungen an der Küste unternehmen. Wir fanden es klasse und kommen gerne wieder.

Vivre dans une magnifique propriété

Cadre absolument somptueux. Le gîte est une annexe (maisonnette) d’une magnifique propriété typique de la région. Le jardin est exceptionnel. Charme désuet du lieu et de la décoration. Seul petit bémol: l’odeur de renfermé persistante.

Sehr gemütlich, wunderschön, tolle, engagierte Vermieterin v

Wir waren eine Woche in yport und haben die Zeit sehr genossen : das fußläufige kleine Örtchen, die Klippen, den Strand und das wunderbare kleine Ferienhaus in einem traumhaften Garten. Vom Bett aus schaut man auf Rosen- und Hoertensienbüsche, die Wände sind voll mit Gemälden und Zeichnungen vom Meer und es gibt viele schöne Details in der liebevollen Einrichtung. Wir waren viel mit den Ebikes unterwegs und haben Wanderungen an den Klippen gemacht. Danke an Viviane für die tolle Unterstützung bei der Onlinebuchung für Giverny und die freundliche Aufnahme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
