Goed appartement, gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Saas-Fee

Goed, schoon, ruim, appartement, gunstig gelegen midden in het dorp, vlakbij de skiliften. Communicatie met de beheerder verloopt vlot en de service is goed (kapotte waterkoker werd op zaterdagavond gemeld en zondagochtend vervangen). Er is wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het appartement: scheurtjes in het stucwerk, kapotte plinten, vlekken op het plafond, groentela in de koelkast kapot, scharnieren van de kledingkast kapot.
