Holiday Home 'La Maison De Caroline' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Charming village house with terraces, located in the heart of Villeneuve-Loubet Village—perfect for an authentic Provençal stay. Spread over three levels, the ground floor features a welcoming living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, opening onto a sunny terrace ideal for outdoor dining.



Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom with access to a private terrace, as well as a modern shower room with WC. On the top floor, a second bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps 2) also has its own shower room with WC.



A public parking lot is available very close to the house (a blue disc is provided to make parking easier). Public transport is also just a few steps away.



Shops, restaurants, and many activities (beaches, walks, cycling, water sports) are only minutes away. Ideally located between Nice, Antibes, and Cannes.



Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, available for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We offer flexible arrival times until 9 p.m. An extra charge applies for arrivals after 9 p.m.

Sehr guter Kontakt und Kommunikation und freundlicher Empfang. Die Hinterlegung des Deposits hat nicht geklappt und war sehr stressig und zeitraubend, evtl. ein technisches Problem. Das Häuschen ist typisch eingerichtet und gemütlich, alles war vorhanden, allerdings haben wir nur eine ‚richtige‘ Bettdecke gefunden. Die Lage ist idyllisch, ganz in der Nähe ist der Dorf-Treffpunkt mit einigen netten Cafés und Restaurants. Leider hat es im Haus ziemlich unangenehm gerochen, modrig und nach abgestandenen Wasser. Insgesamt war es nicht wirklich sauber, z.B. die Tischdecke auf dem Esstisch fleckig und voller Krümel, das Geländer klebrig und die Terrassen nicht gekehrt. Im Großen und Ganzen eher ungepflegt. Man könnte daraus viel mehr machen!!!Zwei Nächte waren okay, länger eher nein.
