Excellent stay - even better than the photos

We had a really lovely time at Brigitte’s flat. The space is even brighter and larger than it looks in photos. Brigitte was really sweet and even gave us a bottle of wine. The location is perfect - it’s close to restaurants, the beach and the train station. I will come back and stay again soon.

Great apartment well apointed

Our stay in the apartment from 20/05/25 - 30/05/25 The apartment was exceedingly clean, was very well apointed with everything one would need for acomfotable stay.The host Brigitte was always available for any queries.The apartment very near to transport links by train and bus for connections to and from Cannes and Nice and to Nice Airport. Juan les pins is a short taxi ride away and cost around 10 euro with Uber,well wrth a visit.David

Tout de ce séjour a été parfait. Aisé de communiquer et un retour rapide. L'appartement et tous les accessoires étaient parfaits. La terrasse nous offrait un beau point de vue en plus d'être spacieuse. À quelques pas de tous les services (boucherie, pâtisserie, bars, restos, etc) et les gens sont sympathiques et courtois. La mer était aussi à 2-3 minutes de marche et des plages de sable. À la fin de notre séjour, nous n'avions qu'un souhait, y revenir. Merci

Frau Renzo ist eine sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeberin, die schon lange vor unserem Aufenthalt mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen hat und für unser Wohl gesorgt hat.Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und stellt alles zur Verfügung was man brauchen kannst. Besonders die Terrasse lädt zu netten Abendessen ein (wenn der Flugverkehr nicht gerade zu stark wird). Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, in der nähe vom Bahnhof wie vom Strand und von allen notwendigen Geschäften. Man kann alles zu Fuss machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Mme Renzo sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Emplacement idéal pour des vacances sans voiture

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. La location est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Tout est à quelques centaines de mètres : la plage, le port, le train, les bus, les commerces. La terrasse est très agréable avec un store banne qui peut la recouvrir entièrement. Nous y avons mangé matin, midi et soir. En étant en centre ville, il y a inévitablement des bruits de circulation aux alentours mais la rue en sens unique au pied de la résidence est peu fréquentée. Une climatisation est prévue. Elle sera la bienvenue pour des nuits plus respirables en été. Une adresse à recommander.

Grundsätzlich tolle Lage, große Wohnung, große Terasse

Leider stimmen bei den angegebenen Leistungen einige nicht. Es werden keine Handtücher und keine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Da ich drauf bestanden habe, hat fie Vermieterin ausnahmsweise dafür gesorgt. Weiterhin ist Rollstuhlgerecht beschrieben. Man kommt aber schon ins Haus nicht barrierefrei hinein und der Aufzug ist zu klein. Wer auf diese Punkte keinen Wert legt, kann in dieser Wohnung, wenn denn die Vertraute der Vermieter vor Ort den Checkout-Termin nicht verpennt, eine herrliche Zeit verbringen. Die Küche ist vollkommen komplett bestückt, man braucht nichts selber mitzubringen. Deutsches Fernsehen ist auch vorhanden.

Belles vacances

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel avec une grande terrasse au dernier étage situé à pied à 10 minutes des plages, un peu brillant la journée car situé en centre ville mais il y un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture , je le conseille pour de belles vacances

Appartement très propre, joliment décoré,qui circule bien,les 2 chambres a coucher sont bien séparées,avec une literie confortable.La cuisine bien équipée tant sur l’électroménager que sur les ustensiles .La terrasse spacieuse et agréable.le tout carrelé et facile d'entretien.Nous étions pendant la période des intempéries, l'immeuble 2 jours fut sans électricité,la propriétaire a retenu pour nous une table dans un bon restaurant de poisson pour que nous mangions chaud disait elle.Que dire de plus ! Je recommande sans hésitation

Excellent séjour à Golfe Juan

L'appartement est accueillant et lumineux, conforme à sa description. Il est propre et bien entretenu, les propriétaires sont chaleureux et sérieux. Sa situation en plein centre de Golfe Juan permet un accès facile à tous les commerces. La grande terrasse est très agréable. Je recommanderais cette location à une famille de quatre personnes.

très bon séjour a golfe-juan

Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été très agréable. Toutes les prestations vu dans l'annonce étaient conformes, propre et très bien entretenus. la location est à environ 5 mn de la gare et des plages. De nombreux commerces sont situés en bas de l'appartement. Cela permet de passer un séjour sans être véhiculé. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et de très bon conseils pour que notre séjour se passe dans de très bonnes conditions. Nous n'hésiterons pas de recommander cette location.

Séjour Golfe-Juan

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans cet appartement où nous avons apprécié la qualité du matériel mis à disposition : couchage, four électrique, ustensile de cuisine, plaque induction. L'appartement est toujours bien entretenu et il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec store électrique ce qui permet de prendre tous les repas en extérieur (matin, midi et soir) Le garage extérieur accessible en bas de l'immeuble permet de ne pas avoir à chercher une place de stationnement inaccessible en été. La plage est à proximité et les commerces en bas de l'appartement.
