From the moment you arrive, you’ll love the spacious, tree-filled garden, your private terrace, and the shared pool with panoramic views over the Lot valley. Here, tranquility and serenity await.



Inside, the atmosphere is simple and welcoming: a bright living room opening onto the terrace, with a sleeping area (140x190 bed) separated by blackout curtains, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two additional bedrooms (one with two 90x190 single beds, the other with a 140x190 double bed), a bathroom with toilet, and convenient parking nearby.



The owners’ house is opposite the cottage, ensuring a discreet and attentive welcome. The communal pool is open in season and accessible at your own pace.
