Access to the house is via a short uphill meadow path. The spacious 1,400 m² property, the sunny lawn, and a furnished terrace invite you to spend relaxing hours in the countryside or socializing outdoors. For special moments, a tiled stove with provided firewood is available for a fee, creating cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere on cool days. Note: For relaxation purposes, there is NO TV in the house.

Built in 1960 and last modernized in 2025, the holiday home offers 63 m² of living space with a well-thought-out room layout on one level (ground floor). Two bedrooms with high-quality parquet flooring, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa corner and armchairs, and a separate dining room ensure comfort and privacy.
