From here you can visit historic towns like Coburg with its fortress, Bamberg with its UNESCO-listed old town, or Bayreuth with its famous festival theatre. Hiking and cycling paths start at the doorstep. Every small town in the region brews its own beer – a paradise for gourmets. Culture lovers will enjoy castles, museums and the nature of the Franconian Forest
