Welcome to our accessible holiday apartment. This modern, high-quality apartment in a new building measures 68 square metres and features a large balcony with seating. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Lichtenfels Valley, the Staffelberg, and the lovingly landscaped garden. Here, you can start your day comfortably or wind down at the end of the day. The apartment is completely accessible and ideally suited for wheelchair users. Parking is available right in front of the building. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. In the combined living and kitchen area, there is a comfortable sleeper sofa for the fifth and sixth guests. The living room also features a TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, kitchen linens, and many other kitchen utensils). The new bathroom, which features natural light, is equipped with a shower, towel warmer, bidet, and toilet. Wi-Fi access is included in the price. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the house. You are welcome to use them. There is also barrier-free access to the beer garden of the adjacent Radspitzstubn. Payment: Cash on-site upon arrival or bank transfer in advance. Check-in is available daily! Check-in times: 3:00 PM to 11:45 PM; check-out times: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival.
